Yeah, I know, no one likes rules. But to keep this a safe and happy place for everyone I have to make some rules.
Section 1 - Spam Registration:
NOTICE: SPAM Registration is NOT allowed and is considered abuse of this forum!
1. You agree to have your IP reported and your username deleted if you are registering just to advertise a website in your profile.
2. You agree to have your username deleted if you have not logged in within 48 hrs. - Don\'t bother to promote your site here it won\'t be seen by anyone, I will delete it before anyone sees it!

Section 2 - Aerial Fans:
1. You may only upload .mp3 files to the Download Center. If you wish to upload .zip files (desktop themes, etc.) they must be approved by me.
2. You may only upload .mp3 files which are NOT copyrighted material, unless you own the copyright to the .mp3 files.
3. You may not upload copyrighted photos without giving proper credit to the copyright holder. Which may include a name and/or a URL of where you got the photo. This includes but is not limited to photos in the forum, photo gallery and avatars. Unless you own the copyright to the image.

Section 3 - Everyone:
1. You may not add any pornographic material or nudity in any form, such as, but not limited to: posting, avatars, links, or photos. If you do your IP will be logged and reported! If you intend to add any pornographic links, photos, etc. don\'t waste your time or my time, go elsewhere. If you add any pornographic material you agree to have your IP reported, your username deleted, and your IP banned. This is NOT a pornographic site!
2. You may not harass any members of the forum.
3. I reserve the right to delete any user at any time I feel they are abusing the forum (especially spam registrations)!
NOTE: These rules are subject to change at any time. If they change, you will have to agree to them again.
